From I89
Take I89 to exit 13W, then left on Route 7 SOUTH toward Middlebury. Continue approximately 10 miles, to the light at Charlotte. Turn right onto Ferry Road. Go 2/10 mile to blinking light Turn left at the blinking red light on to Greenbush Road. Travel about 2 miles. The road bears right and crosses RR tracks. Continue another mile and the marina is on the left.
From Route 7, south (Middlebury, Rutland)
Follow Route 7, northbound, passing the junction with Route 22A in Vergennes. In approximately 2.5 you will pass the Ferrisburg Fire Dept on the left. About 0.5 miles after that is Greenbush road on the left. Turn here and continue to the first stop sign. Turn left onto Thompson Point Road, cross the RR tracks and continue another mile. The marina is on the left.
Point Bay Marina
Point Bay Marina is at the south end of Lake Champlain. Lake
Champlain is about 120 miles long and 14 miles wide at it's
widest point. There is access to New York City through the
Champlain Canal System.
There is also access to the St Lawrence Seaway to the north
through the Richelieu River Canal System.
